Tower base at 3m high
Pulleys setup for lufting wire ,basically to throw the cable over to side of post so handle doesn't hit the girder
And again on the other side which goes to the tower 
In all its raw glory
Left to do now are the mounting holes in the base and the bottom retaining plate for the tower
