Oil Oil Oil
Well this is hopefully the last incarnation of my waste oil burner .I've made a new aluminium sealed tank ,a lot smaller than the previous .Now its a lot nearer nozzle it helps to keep the oil hot before it goes into the nozzle .Top of tank is just below the nozzle so no run on after stop altho there is a solenoid on the pump so this shouldn't be an issue (just airing on caution ).Pipe to nozzle is now only 50 mm long

Another tower
Well i have acquired another tower !! Its a little bit under the weather but nothing a little bit of welding sanding and paint wont sort out .
No before and after pics ,just in the middle of .
The end of top section was rotten ,mainly due to wood being put into the hollow round section to stop water ingress ,unfortunately this made it worse by actually harbouring the water causing it to rot.
So new pipe spliced into the old and made a foot (300mm) longer ...lol i just cant help it !!
Trial fitting of fabricated wall mount(pre paint) .20mm through bolts hold it in place .Walls are 2 feet thick (600mm)

New pole mounts made .The rotator cage taken off as this is just to hold the 120m doublet up in the air

First lower section trial fit ...looking good !!,Its a little lower than current scaffold mast which is 45-50ft ,im hoping for around 70 ft with this tower arrangement
